"Making a difference, one child at a time."
My name is Ms. Arias and I have been teaching at Holy Family since 2021. I anticipate a fun-filled school year!
I graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with my BA in History and concentrations in both Childhood and Special Education for grades 1-6. I completed my Masters in Teaching English Languge Leaners from the American College of Education. Teaching is something I have always been passionate about. I truly could not see myself doing anything else!
Additionally, Catholic education has always been a major part of my life. I attended Holy Family School from Kindergarten through 8th grade, so I know just how special this school truly is! I am extremely grateful to be back in the community that molded me into the person I am today. It is my ultimate goal to help your child succeed and reach their highest potential.
What can students look forward to when they join your class?
In fourth grade, we will be learning lots of new things! In math, students will be learning about how to multiply and divide multi-digit numbers and fractions. We also measure angles with protractors. In ELA, students will continue to work on novel studies such as Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing and the BFG. We focus on various reading comprehension skills and develop our writing craft. In my class, you can look forward to feeling comfortable and excited to learn.
